Copier Repair Technician 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC 28216 Job Overview Our client is seeking a Copier Repair Technician to support their growing customer base in the Charlotte metro area. This is a field-based role with local dispatching and no overnight travel. You will respond to service tickets submitted by the help desk team and provide on-site repairs for common issues like jams, print quality, and basic connectivity.

Responsibilities:

Perform break/fix repairs on office equipment, including paper jams, print quality issues, and basic connectivity problems Identifying and diagnosing problems with copiers, printers, and other office equipment. Travel within a 1.5-hour radius of your home to service customer locations (using your own vehicle—mileage reimbursed) Use a mobile ticketing system to receive and manage service tickets dispatched from the helpdesk. Maintain a professional demeanor while providing top-tier service to customers Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Managing parts inventory, ordering replacements as needed, and ensuring a sufficient supply for repairs.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in copier/printer repair or related technical service Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Familiarity with HP, Lexmark, or Toshiba equipment is a plus, but not required #
