Mobile Repair Technician TechNexus Charlotte, NC 28273
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage in all facets of the HEM Configuration and Depot process. Configure and deploy handheld products for customers, including devices from Company’s, Samsung, Apple, and Zebra. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the lab, focusing on process enhancement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, and cost savings. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team setting. Be flexible to assist in other departments as needed.
Work Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field preferred. 3+ years of experience in configuring and repairing mobility devices or related equipment. Strong mechanical and technical skills. Knowledge of assistive technology and mobility device standards.
