Plumbing Service Technician E.R. Plumbing Services 11345 Allen Station Drive, Mint Hill, NC 28227 DUTIES

AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Service/Repairs Conduct service/repair calls as directed by Dispatch and Management Timely response to assigned calls is expected Professional interaction with customers, including the following of company policies regarding cleanliness of homes/facilities/work order procedures Adherence to company policies regarding communication with Dispatch and office regarding status of jobs, unplanned job difficulties, etc. Customer work orders and invoices must be submitted to the Office in a complete and timely manner, as defined by the applicable policies and procedures in place. Late submissions of invoices may result in commission adjustments and/or disciplinary action. Trucks must be maintained in an orderly and efficient manner, including the performance of maintenance tracking in conformity with warranty and company standards. Trucks are to be stocked with parts in accordance with company standards, and parts or equipment are not to be taken for personal use without the permission of Management. Equipment/tools that are required for special jobs (cameras, etc.) must be properly signed out and signed back in. Rotation of on call shifts for nights, weekends and holidays. Sales Technicians are expected to provide exceptional service in order to encourage repeat business Technicians are expected to look for opportunities to increase sales on planned calls by using inspection checklists and asking questions of customers Participation in company sales promotions and competitions Safety Safety policies and procedures, as defined in the safety manual and via safety training sessions, are to be followed at all times The scope of safety adherence includes on-site work, travel in company vehicles, and any other company business activities. Includes the use of company trucks, digging equipment, and other company equipment. Regulatory Compliance All work must be performed in conformity with applicable industry standards and federal, state, and local regulations and codes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Residential/Commercial Plumbing Basics Three to Five years related experience and/or training, along with the discretion of management. Ability to work with all levels of management. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Proven leadership and business acumen skills Commitment to excellence and high standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient on industry specific software and IPad use. Excellent problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
