Power Washing Job Summary:

We’re looking for reliable contractors to align with to perform services we offer to a niche market of clients. Will include working with R1FS clients & R1FS account reps on occasion for project details or specific limitations. In order to be successful in this partnership with us, you should be willing to travel within a 4 hour radius of your home when needed as well as overnight stay when needed. You will need to present at our client’s address to complete the project. Project specs, project guidelines & R1FS industry standards for quality of work performed will be provided for success on site. Certain R1FS internal documentations & reports will need to be completed in detail to ensure quality of work was adhered to. Including a project preparation document to notify R1FS you’re still on schedule & fully prepared for the project.

Schedule:

• Our clients onsite working hours for projects are 9 a.m.
• 5 p.m. Monday
• Friday. No weekends & no on call.
• No Holiday work
• Monday through Friday with some weekend opportunities on occasions

Project Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with R1FS clients in preparation for the project & also while on site.
• Managing your schedule & time to efficiently complete projects on time.
• Filling out pre & post paperwork on time & in detail.
• Keep track of on site issues & report them to appropriate individuals if you can’t resolve them.
• Perform various logistical tasks when needed.
• Maintaining organization with your Tools/Vehicle/Files/Laptop.
• Adhere to industry standard safety protocols & guidelines at all times.
• Keen & consistent proactive preparation.
• Maintain an industry standard LOS for each individual service provided.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or any role with experience where you’ve successfully been self reliant.
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Gmail, Excel, Word, MacBook equivalent apps.
• Working smartphone.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and skills.
• Proven reliability with preparation and planning.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must adhere to our OSHA safety guidelines.
• Must adhere to CDET certification standards. While this certification is not required to perform these projects, it’s a standard that we sell to our clients. They must be followed closely.
• Must adhere to R1FS parameters in relation to communications with R1FS clients.
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Latest Travel Basis Details & Compensation Data:

To generalize for time sake. Here’s some quick bullet points on how overnight stay is compensated. Compensation for combined 8-10 hours of travel is 1 full production day. = $250 + $50 per diem Out of town = 2+ hours from home Percentage of projects that require out of town travel will fluctuate between 20% to 75% when weighed over 1 year depending on the territory. Trends show this % of travel is historically decreasing. Goal is to achieve & maintain below 10% of projects. Projects that require overnight stay average 3 consecutive nights. The longest in our 6 years was 11 & completely elective by the contractor wanting to stay to take on more projects.
