Key Responsibilities Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships, networking, and providing solutions to everyday needs. Completes basic repairs and maintains physical condition of clients’ devices. Performs basic triage in order to diagnose issues and evaluate repair costs. Determines parts needed and ensures all components necessary for the repair are present. Confidently recommends solutions, provides feedback. and educates clients. Receives devices and coordinates them to be shipped to the intake location. Basic Qualifications 6 months of experience in one or more of the following: sales, delivery, installation, networking, repair, or military equivalent Able to stand and sit for long periods of time Able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Industry certification in networking, repair, installation, communications, or related field Previous customer service experience Best Buy is an equal opportunity employer.
