REPAIR TECHNICIAN

to join our team! You will be responsible for handling customers valued personal mobile tech. If you are a natural “tinkerer” and have a gift for trouble shooting and fixing electronics we can train you in this extremely valuable life skill that will be a huge asset for years to come. Pay depends on skill level and as you reach top tier repair skills you will qualify for our monthly bonus as well as sales commission.

Responsibilities:

Trouble shoot and repair mobile devices Respect customers private information and follow company rules to never snoop through customer’s data. Sell accessories and pre owned devices. Efficiently handle workflow Maintain a clean and organized work space Resolve basic software issues IT experience is a plus Able to work weekends (just Saturdays, we’re closed on Sunday)

Qualifications:

Sales and people skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary Previous experience in wireless is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot devices Attitude, Attitude, Attitude! We want someone that has a great attitude and can train on everything else! “Attitude determines Altitude!!”

Pay Frequency:
