Job Description

Sales and Service Technician Applied Lubrication Technology Inc. North Carolina Applied Lubrication Technology Inc. (ALT) is a growing company that sells, installs and services automatic lubrication systems and bulk fluid handling systems. Our head office is located in Mono Ontario Canada. We are currently seeking a Sales and Service Technician. This key position within our organization requires a team-oriented individual with advanced technical knowledge who has the ability to travel to various customer locations in the Southern USA, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, etc. Job Duties of the Sales and Service Technician include, but are not limited to: 1. Responsible for the installation of equipment based orders, as well as emergency service calls to existing customers. You will work closely with management and customers to ensure that all components of a job are installed, configured and tested per industry standard.

Key tasks will be:

Organize all necessary materials and coordinate for delivery and receipt at work site. Completing equipment installation as per the project specifications. Testing of complete systems and repairing any deficiencies in a timely manner. Troubleshooting and servicing installed systems and components. Keep management and the Service Manager informed of current and projected status of all projects and work tasks you have been assigned. Regularly maintain Time & Labour management procedures Assisting clients over telephone and/or client site troubleshooting project systems. Must be constantly attentive and responsive to both external and internal customers’ needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner while ensuring that the solution meets the customer’s needs. Ensure work product is to ALT’s standards. 2. Build customer relationships and pursue new sales leads in targeted areas. 3. Actively participate in professional development and maintain knowledge of current and new technology offered by ALT. 4. Assist with special projects and performs other duties as required.
