What You’ll Do Perform residential and light commercial window cleaning using ladders, poles, and tools (training provided) Lead a small team of 1-2 technicians on job sites Ensure high-quality service , safety, and efficiency Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner Track job progress and report back to the operations manager Help train new hires and set the example for our service standards Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 1+ years of experience in exterior services Comfortable on ladders up to 32 ft Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and reliability Positive attitude and professional appearance Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions What You’ll Get $18-$25/hr based on experience Performance-based bonuses & cash tips Company vehicle during work hours Paid training & advancement opportunities Potential to grow into Operations Manager or Territory Lead Join a team where your work is valued, your growth is supported, and your effort is rewarded.
