Service Technician Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Job Description:

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a locally owned medical supplyprovider in the Holly Springs area who is hiring a ServiceTechnician to join their team. This is a great direct hireopportunity working on 1 st shift, 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday, andon call over the weekend.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and install awide range of medical equipment, including wheelchairs, hospitalbeds, ramps, and lifts, at client locations in a timely andprofessional manner. Perform thorough equipment assessments todetermine the optimal installation approach, ensuring safety,accessibility, and compliance with relevant regulations. Providehands-on training to clients and caregivers on the proper use,maintenance, and safety protocols of the installed medical devices.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to coordinateinstallation schedules, address client inquiries, and providetechnical guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issuesthat may arise during installations, ensuring the highest level ofcustomer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation ofinstallation procedures, equipment serial numbers, and clientinteractions. Adhere to all company policies, industry standards,and safety guidelines during installations and service calls.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent;technical training in a related field is preferred. Strongmechanical and technical aptitude, with the ability to read andinterpret technical manuals and diagrams. Exceptionalproblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to differentinstallation scenarios. Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, with a strong focus on customer service. Ability to liftand maneuver heavy medical equipment as required. Valid Driver’slicense
