Service Technician Omni Home LLC Raleigh, NC 27661 Omni Home is leading the way in exterior cleaning solutions. We are a small business out of Chatham and Wake county growing rapidly. We give home owners and business owners exterior cleaning solutions to help enhance there properties through pressure washing gutter cleaning and window cleaning. We are hiring new service technicians daily to keep up with our constant growth. As a service technician you will be trained in our standards and procedures to clean using our high end specialty equipment. You will also have to interact with customers, making sure they understand the process and what the results will be, up selling them on future projects, and closing out accounts. Qualifications Proficient in English Capable of 40 hours of labor Can comfortably use ladders Is very teachable and open to mentorship Able to be at our offices everyday at 8am Valid drivers license Bonus Qualifications Has experience using pressure washers, water fed poles, or traditional window cleaning Has leadership or management background Has any level of sales experience Drives a personal truck Has had customer facing roles before
