Job Responsibilities As an HVAC Maintenance Technician / Service Tech , you will: Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostic checks on residential HVAC systems. Communicate with customers clearly and professionally about system performance, recommended repairs, and energy-saving upgrades. Use state-of-the-art tools and software for job tracking, invoicing, and reporting (no more messy paperwork!). Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicles. Collaborate with the service team to continually improve processes and outcomes. Provide mentorship to junior technicians when needed and participate in ongoing training sessions.
