Experience:

A.S. degree in Industrial Systems Technology, Machine Technology or related field or a combination of education, training and experience

Language Skills:

Ability to read and understand manuals, diagrams, schematics, tables and charts Must have good verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively on the phone with customers and employees Ability to read and follow manufacturing order instructions Ability to write simple reports and correspondence

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot products or mechanical systems Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Computer Skills:

Ability to use PC applications including basic spread sheets, word processing, Internet and Email Ability to use or learn to use in-house sales/order applications as they relate to repairs and service
