Product Repair and Modification Technician (contract) 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Hanover, NJ This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team where you will be responsible for assembling, disassembling, and modifying aerospace vehicle components to ensure optimal performance. You will troubleshoot complex systems, conduct validation testing, and document procedures to meet regulatory standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of aerospace vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace vehicle components Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate faults Perform validation/verification testing of systems and components Document procedures and processes for compliance purposes Inspect components and verify repairs for flight worthiness requirements Oversee training activities within the team
Skills:
Strong understanding of aerospace vehicle components and systems Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems Ability to document procedures accurately Attention to detail in inspecting components for flight worthiness Excellent communication skills for overseeing training activities
Qualifications:
