Key Responsibilities:

Consistently exceed client expectations by providing personalized and attentive service. Build strong rapport and trust with clients through friendly and professional interactions. Actively listen to client needs and concerns, addressing them promptly and effectively. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact client satisfaction. Go the extra mile to ensure client delight in every interaction.

Providing High-Quality Service:

Clean windows of all types (single-pane, double-pane, specialty glass) using various techniques (squeegee, water-fed poles, etc.). Ensure streak-free, spotless windows with meticulous attention to detail. Maintain and clean window frames and tracks.

Maintaining Professionalism and Efficiency:

Properly care for and maintain all cleaning equipment (brushes, squeegees, ladders, etc.). Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper ladder use and fall prevention measures. Work effectively as part of a team or independently. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Represent the company professionally at all times.

Exceptional Client Service:

Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
