Summary As a Calibration Technician at Laboratory Products Sales, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory equipment. This position is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of quality for our customers. Responsibilities Perform calibration and maintenance on precision liquid handling devices to ensure optimal performance. Detect and troubleshoot issues with equipment, providing effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of calibration procedures and results for compliance purposes. Collaborate with team members • Requirements Focused attention to detail Able to read and work with precision balances, computers, calibration software, reporting software Ability to work within a team as well as independently. Dexterity to work with small parts and components Ability to travel to customer locations at various times throughout the year. Travel to customer locations will be required with 3-4 days of travel with overnight stays, as necessary. The successful candidate will be required to have a clean, valid NY State driver’s license and a dependable vehicle. The company will reimburse mileage, meals and hotel while traveling.
