Service Technician Position Available In Niagara, New York

Service Technician 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars 814 Wurlitzer Drive, North Tonawanda, NY 14120 Duties Installing or upgrading equipment maintained by the company in various field locations. Configuring hardware and software components after installation. Performing routine maintenance on technology equipment. Testing equipment to troubleshoot issues. Documenting installation and repairs Maintaining all tools and equipment used during service calls. Managing the stock of replacement parts and equipment. Travel required up to 75%. Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned by Service Manager or senior management. Requirements 2 Year technical degree or equivalent experience or certification 3+ years of experience in a customer service role for a company involved in engineered products. Experience using Microsoft software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) CRM experience and Adobe Illustrator are preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics Knowledge of PLC technology is a plus.
