Job DetailsResponsibilities:

As a Service Technician, you will be responsiblefor the following: 1. Installing, repairing, and maintainingoverhead doors, dock and door systems, and other related equipment.2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions in machinery andequipment to ensure optimal functionality. 3. Performing routinepreventive maintenance checks on all production equipment andmachinery. 4. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures tomaintain a safe and efficient working environment. 5. Providingexceptional customer service and technical support to all clients.6. Collaborating with the engineering team to improve equipmentreliability and maintenance processes. 7. Keeping accurate recordsof all service, repair, and maintenance work. 8. Staying currentwith the latest technologies and techniques in the manufacturingindustry.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the ServiceTechnician position will possess the following qualifications: 1. Aminimum of 5 years of experience in the service industry,specifically with overhead door, dock and door systems, orequivalent. 2. A technical certificate or degree in a related fieldis preferred. 3. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eyefor detail. 4. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. 5.Excellent communication and customer service skills. 6. Ability towork independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in usingvarious hand tools, power tools, and industry-specific equipment.8. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. 9.Willingness to participate in ongoing training and developmentopportunities. 10. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavyequipment. 11. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
