• Technical Repair Phone Technician Our medical equipment company is seeking a Tech Support Agent to support technician, and end users for troubleshooting & repairing medical devices over the phoneemail.
• Troubleshoot and provide tech support to customers over the phone or via email.
• The candidate must have typing skills to document the calls in a dedicated software.
• Ideal candidate can work with the utmost attention to detail and provide excellent customer experience.
• Training will be provided.

Job Requirements Requirements:

1. Have working basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical.
2. Be able to interact professionally with end users over the phone.
3. Be able to troubleshoot equipment over the phone.
4. Be able to schedule local repair service , following up with end users
5. Be able to open tickets in the service software system to document calls.
6. Must be a team player. Salary range
