Position Summary:

As Rolex Watchmaker, you will be responsible for ensuring that all timepieces are serviced to both brand and the retailer’s expectations and tolerances. Their watchmakers manage a high volume of repairs focusing on Rolex with the opportunity for occasional variety with other luxury brands. This is a full-time onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide concise repair estimates, clearly indicating required and recommended services.
• Inspection of watches for damage or other issues requiring repair or documentation prior to estimation.
• Perform reliable, high-quality service of movements and complete timepieces.
• Collaboration with watchmakers and other team members to ensure timely completion of work orders and resolution of any issues as they arise.
• Maintain watchmaking tools and equipment within a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Rolex Level 30 at a minimum.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a watchmaker within a luxury watch environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of watch movements, cases, and service procedures.
• Proficiency with polishing and refinishing equipment.
• Solid attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship.
• Ability to grow through self-learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Robust organizational and time management skills.
