Description Cargo Support Services provides repair and maintenance of safety equipment for cargo airlines. With an increase in business, we’re excited to expand our team and welcome individuals to join us in our mission.
Duties:
Stage equipment for inspection using a gantry crane.
Conduct a visual inspection to identify and mark damaged areas for repair on both the unit and company forms..
Using hand tools and machines, repair the equipment using defined methods.
Inspector own workmanship, prior to final inspection.
Complete internal forms capturing all repairs completed and materials used.
Stage equimpment for shipping.
Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Use and general maintenance/adjustment of machines.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to follow rules and written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High school diploma, or equivalent preferred.
Basic read, write and communication in English.
Good housekeeping and organizational skills.
Light industrial / mechanical / warehousing experience a plus.
