In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices to ensure optimal performance. Duties Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including hardware and software problems. Perform repairs on various mobile devices using hand tools and specialized equipment. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair electronic components effectively. Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve operating system issues on mobile devices. Repair or replace damaged equipment parts as necessary, ensuring high-quality standards. Provide field service support when required, addressing customer needs on-site. Assist customers with retail sales of mobile accessories and devices, offering expert advice based on their needs. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each device. Skills Proficient in using hand tools for electronic repairs and maintenance. Experience in field service operations related to mobile technology.
