In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair of industrial scales. Calibrate scales using certified weights to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding service needs and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any follow-up actions required. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in an industrial setting is a plus but not required. We will train. CDL license is a plus but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge. Experience as an industrial electrician is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a drug test. Able to lift 50+ pounds. Background check.
