The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have experience in pool maintenance and repair. This role involves ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly, while also providing excellent customer service to our clients. Duties Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Conduct water quality testing and chemical balancing to ensure safe swimming conditions. Inspect and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Adhere to safety protocols while working with chemicals and equipment. Experience Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and maintenance best practices is essential. Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites.
