We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual to join our Service Team. As a Service Installer you will be responsible for:

• Install and Configure Savin, Kyocera, HP, and Quadient imaging and mailing equipment including printers, scanners, copiers, and postage machines.
• Install plumbed water coolers and coffee brewers.
• Manage and Maintain accurate paperwork for installations and equipment returns.
• Stay current with new technology through on the job training , web based training, and off-site manufacturer training classes.
• Arrive on time to customer locations and provide excellent customer service during the installation process.
• Coordinate efficiently with sales team, end users, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient installations. Related Experience & Qualifications
• Herald expects a superior work ethic and attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assignments while ensuring all assignments are completed on time.
• Creative problem solving and researching skills
• Electronic & mechanical experience/aptitude
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of networking a plus A clean driving record and background check are required.
