Full Job Description About Us:

At Dynamic Marine and Motorsports, we are a leader in the marine industry, dedicated to providing high-quality service to our clients. We specialize in boat maintenance, repair, and all marine services, ensuring our customers’ vessels operate at peak performance. We are looking for a skilled and certified Marine Technician to join our team! Mercury Marine Certification is a PLUS.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of marine engines and systems, including outboard and inboard. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems aboard vessels. Conduct routine inspections and services, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, clearly communicating repair needs and updates to clients. Maintain accurate service records and manage inventory of parts. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. Assist with maintaining the workshop, ensuring safety standards and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Certification from a recognized marine technician program (e.g., Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki). Mercury certification is preferred but not required. 5 years of experience working on marine engines and systems is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Must have your own tools. Specialty tools will be provided on-site. Knowledge of marine electrical systems, propulsion systems, and HVAC systems. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
