Service Technician Position Available In Lexington, South Carolina

Service Technician Carolina Power Equipment, Inc. 2490 Charleston Highway, Cayce, SC 29033 About us Carolina Power Equipment, Inc. is a small, family owned and operated, business in Cayce, SC. We sell and service some of the leading brands of lawn and garden, agriculture, and construction equipment. Pay will be based off of experience level Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities On-the-job training Fun and friendly work environment Our company is currently in search of an experienced Technician at our Cayce location. Job tasks include but are not limited to:

• Operating equipment to test and troubleshoot
• Estimating repairs on equipment
• Completing repairs on equipment
• Washing equipment after repairs are completed
• Completing paperwork
• Keeping work area clean
• Operating a forklift
• Could also include some light field service work

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience as a Diesel Mechanic
• Must be proficient at troubleshooting and repairing engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have your own tools
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be reliable
• Must have a good knowledge of mechanical systems
• Must have attention to detail and do clean thorough work
• Must be a team player and work well with others
• Must be able to take constructive criticism
