The Residential Service Technician’s primary functions andresponsibilities are that of troubleshooting, configuring,reconstructing and programming existing security and siteautomation solutions. What are your key responsibilities? Services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hostedvideo solutions, and access control. Follow and complete required processes of wired/wirelesstechnology and connection procedures. Test and validate system signals/communication with centralmonitoring to properly establish service. A customer service champion, demonstrating the willingness tohelp our customers fix as well as understand the protection intheir home. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, workingclosely with customers and coworkers. This role involves providing solutions by visiting customers attheir homes or businesses. We offer employees access tohealthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-termand long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeingbenefits and paid time off among others.
