Time Service Technician Location:

Saluda, SC Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance checks on properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems Respond promptly to service requests and work orders from tenants and property management staff Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various building systems and equipment Perform repairs and replacements as needed to ensure the safety and comfort of tenants Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed Collaborate with property management staff to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in property maintenance or related field Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (A MUST) Full benefits suite to be communicated at time of interview Benefits This position is full-time with a full suite of benefits.
