Service Technician Position Available In Davidson, Tennessee

• What We’re Looking For
• This technician will work
• independently
• on service tickets for
• fire systems, access control, and cameras
• in
• commercial and enterprise
• environments. A weekly schedule will be assigned, and the technician will travel to designated service calls using their own vehicle-
• an SUV or pickup truck is required for the first six months

• Your Role
• Provide
• high-quality customer support
• and instruction on system operation.
• Perform
• system testing
• and
• signal verification

• Maintain
• truck stock/inventory
• of tools and equipment.
• Conduct
• new system installations, upgrades, and additions

• Utilize technical resources and materials for
• efficient task execution

• Monitor
• progress and completion
• of assigned work.
• Submit all required
• documentation and productivity reports
• promptly.
• Exhibit a
• strong work ethic
• and
• attention to detail

• Complete additional projects as assigned.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Experience servicing
• fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and security systems
• .
  Ability to
• install, troubleshoot, and support alarm systems
• .
  Knowledge of
• enterprise intrusion systems, intercoms, and access control
• .
  Understanding of
• local/national security codes
• .
  Capability to
• read drawings
• and
• pull wires accordingly

• What You Need
• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training

• At least one (1) year of experience
• in a related role.
• Valid driver’s license
• with ability to pass a drug screening.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $35.00/hr.
