Service Technician Groutsmith of Nashville Nashville, TN 37206 Tile and Grout Technician We’re looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Tile and Grout Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves intensive cleaning, grout repair, and restoration work. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, and enjoys providing friendly, professional service to customers. Key Responsibilities Perform deep cleaning of tile and grout surfaces. Repair, replace, and seal grout and caulking as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, addressing any questions or concerns. Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. Document work performed and report any issues to management. Requirements Experience with tile/grout cleaning or similar labor-intensive work is a plus (will to train the right candidate). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift equipment, kneel, and work on floors for extended periods. Self-motivated and dependable, with strong attention to detail.
