Vehicle Requirement This Service Technician will need to drive their own vehicle—either an SUV or pickup—for the first 6 months. This role is a 6-month contract-to-hire (C2H) position. ???? Role Overview The technician will work independently on service tickets for fire systems, access control, and cameras in commercial and enterprise environments. A weekly schedule will be provided, assigning service calls. ???? Service Responsibilities Provide reliable, high-quality customer support Instruct customers on system operation and functionality Conduct system testing and signal verification Maintain truck stock and inventory (equipment and tools) Install new systems, perform upgrades, and add system enhancements Organize and use technical resources efficiently to complete assigned tasks Track progress and ensure timely completion of work Submit task-related documentation, productivity logs, and reports promptly Demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail Assist with additional projects as needed ????️ Required Skills CCTV Security systems Access control Fire alarm systems Service operations Customer service Installation and support Alarm system installation ????
