Basic Requirements A thorough understanding of healthy crawl spaces and the mechanics that support them Ability to perform physical tasks requiring heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Willingness to work in outdoor environments and all-weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Physical capability to navigate within confined crawl spaces. Possession of a valid driver’s license with the capability to operate a company vehicle. Ability to lift weights of up to 70lbs. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in crawl space or basement waterproofing is highly advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in construction or manual labor roles. Experience working in confined spaces. More Specifics on
Job Responsibilities :
As a Service Tech / installer, your primary duties encompass a range of critical tasks, ensuring the seamless execution and maintenance of projects and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
These responsibilities include:
- Maintaining functional crawl space projects and mechanics including but not limited to
- Dehumidifiers
- Sump Pumps / Drain Lines
- Structural Support
- Basement Drain Systems / Drain Tile Work under the direction of the Crew Chief or Production Manager to install crawl space and basement waterproofing solutions in the customer’s home Follow our procedures and work effectively as part of a crew Install crawl space and basement solutions in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment and material needed to complete the project Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters Complete projects efficiently and safely Use and maintains appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
