$52-60,000 (negotiable based on experience) Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various telecommunications systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be comfortable working in the field, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. Responsibilities Install and configure network systems, including Cat5 cabling and VoIP solutions. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on telecommunications equipment, including CCTV systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity and electrical systems. Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation and repair of equipment. Work with Juniper products to maintain optimal performance of network services. Provide field service support, addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with NEC standards during installations and repairs. Document all service activities, including work performed and parts used. Installs various types of low-voltage communications cable and wire, testing to ensure installation meets minimum transmission line standards and characteristics Installs and tests telecommunications terminal equipment and peripherals Responds to service requests as required Performs Move, Add and Change activities as required Participates in new installation and major upgrade activities Interprets and uses worksheets, service orders, blueprints and other documentation to ensure roper installation of products Prepares and maintains installation records and documentation Participates in Emergency On-call schedule Monitors and responds to system alert and notifications from UC Management Platform Creates and updates system performance and capacity planning reports

Ability to respond effectively to common inquires or complaints from clients Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to work long, irregular hours, and be able to return to work on an on-call basis
