Average Hours Per Week:

40-50 Summary The LED Repair Technician leads the maintenance and repair of Streamline’s LED products to ensure the fullest inventory of high quality LED as possible. Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Thorough understanding of LED panel construction and processing systems Experience with intricate soldering is preferred Job Responsibilities Quarantine damaged LED panels as they return from events and return to inventory in a timely manner Troubleshoot and repair various LED problems Submit order requests for replacement parts as needed Regularly communicate with the Video Department Head regarding LED needs for upcoming events Organize and lead teams in periodic quality control checks of LED batches Set up, operate, and tear down LED and other audiovisual equipment at events Other responsibilities as assigned Working Conditions This position involves a combination of office work and high level of physical activity, including heavy lifting and long periods of standing. Occasional travel is expected. While on shows, long work days are often necessary. When not traveling, technicians are expected to keep regular office hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
