Service Technician:

Familiar with apartment turnovers and completing within five days. Experience in plumbing repair with efficient issue diagnosis and resolution. Ability to do plaster/drywall repairs. Excellent painting skills with attention to detail. Experience in lock replacement. Groundskeeping skills to maintain curb appeal. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Practical communication skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and walk multiple flights of stairs daily. Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude. Service Technician:

Daily inspection and maintenance of property grounds. On-call rotation for emergencies on nights and weekends. Inventory control and purchasing maintenance supplies. Vendor relations management. Ensuring property and equipment safety. Maintaining clean and orderly workspaces. Efficiently scheduling unit turnovers within 5 days of vacating. Managing work orders and purchase orders. Regularly inspecting and performing scheduled maintenance. Making light repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, painting, masonry, roofing, and HVAC. Providing exceptional service to residents. Addressing resident maintenance and service requests promptly. Identifying and resolving hazardous property conditions. Preparing vacant apartments for move-in. Responding to emergency calls when on-call. Daily cleaning of property, breezeways, common areas, and amenities. Implementing cost-saving initiatives and managing budgets effectively. Responding to resident requests within 24 hours. Maintaining a well-stocked maintenance shop. Performing technician and groundskeeper duties as needed. Upholding an ownership mentality in work.
