Powersports ATV & Motorcycle Service Technician Norris Super Cycle 3502 Cookeville Highway, Livingston, TN 38570 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and machinery. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities. The Service Technician will work closely with clients to ensure their equipment is functioning optimally and will be expected to perform heavy lifting as necessary. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in various equipment and machinery. Perform repairs and maintenance using power tools and hand tools. Assemble components and systems as required. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs. Utilize soldering techniques for electrical repairs when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in heavy lifting tasks associated with equipment transport and installation. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department. Skills Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience as a mechanic or service technician preferred. Excellent customer service skills to effectively interact with clients. Ability to solder for electrical repairs is a plus. Experience working in a dealership environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
