Job Summary/ Responsibilities Always maintains a safe work environment and take into consideration your safety, the safety of other employees and the safety of our customers. Maintains knowledge of computer software system and other technology systems Efficiently diagnoses the technical problem and determines the proper solution. Builds a positive relationship with customers, communicating continuously with customer Resolves customer issues within given guidelines and to the customer’s satisfaction. Maintains customer records accurately in computer software program. Keeping each job/ invoice updated as needed Must be organized with the ability to complete multiple service calls in a timely manner Maintains truck stock inventory within company guidelines and standards Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, neat organized truck Completes required training in the expected timeframe and participates in ongoing learning opportunities. Training may require off-site and overnight travel. Adheres to company policies/ procedures and protocols Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be available to work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays as necessary Must be willing to work as a team player Must have great communication skills verbally/ written Must have pleasant demeanor, professional image, appearance and positive attitude Experience with repairing appliances and willingness to learn new technology Strong computer skills Must maintain requirements to pass background check, driving history and drug test (including health card) Must maintain a valid driver’s license with at least an F endorsement Physically able to pass 50lb. weight lift test and to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting and other activities necessary to perform job

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour
