Essential Functions Install and service automatic doors Maintain company-owned equipment Work in a team environment with other team members Observe all safety rules and best practices Follow all company policies and procedures Other relative duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Experience with installation of automatic swinging, sliding, folding and/or revolving doors or other commercial doors is preferred. Carpentry, electrical, or wiring experience is a plus Familiarity with construction procedures Manufacturer specific certifications Familiar with construction procedures Ability to pass background check and drug screen Valid drivers license Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work with others on a team Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to listen, understand and follow directions Ability to handle basic hand and power tools AAADM certification a plus Physical Demands Prolonged periods of time walking and Standing. Spends more than 1/3 of time standing, kneeling/crouching/stooping, using hands and reaching Frequent lifting required of items 25-50 pounds, and occasional lifting over 90 pounds. Manual dexterity is needed to operate a variety of machinery and equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Work Environment Conditions will include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Subject to frequent heavy lifting. May require driving to project sites.
