There will be alot of drive time (paid) and flexibility. Experience of some sort is required. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Troubleshoot plumbing issues by diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions. Assemble and install plumbing fixtures according to schematics and blueprints. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding services performed and any necessary follow-up work. Skills Proficiency in HVAC systems is a plus for integrated service offerings. Valid commercial driving license preferred for transportation of materials and equipment. Experience in construction plumbing is essential for understanding building codes and standards. Ability to read and interpret schematics for efficient installation and repairs. Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during installations. Experience in remodeling projects is beneficial for adapting existing systems to new layouts. General maintenance person skills are advantageous for addressing a variety of maintenance tasks beyond plumbing. Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in the plumbing trade is required.
