Service Technician Bitflow Innovative Group Inc Hendersonville, TN 37075 Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician at All Seasons Roofing, Inc. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, field service visits, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills Field Service and Customer Service experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required, additional certifications are a bonus
