What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for people with the drive to learn and the passion to serve, and we welcome candidates with a range of education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent with at least four years’ job experience with support and troubleshooting corporate computer networks Associate’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with at least two years’ job experience with support or troubleshooting corporate computer network systems

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground tech professional, keeping our systems running like a well-oiled (and well-coded) machine: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT and communications systems at field sites, substations, and office locations Work with a variety of technology-field telecommunications, mobile hardware, office equipment, GIS tools, backup systems, and more Provide tech support for both hardware and software, wherever it’s needed-from the office to the field Help protect systems through backup monitoring and cybersecurity best practices Why Join Us?
