Telecom Tech Source One South America (SOSA BPO) Huntsville, AL 35811 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and network installation, with expertise in cabling and VoIP systems. This role involves working with various technologies, including Avaya and NEC systems, to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of our data center infrastructure. The Technician will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining computer hardware and network systems. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including cabling (Cat6) and data center equipment. Perform troubleshooting on IT systems, including VoIP and networking issues. Work with schematics to assist in the installation and repair of network components. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Provide technical support for hardware and software issues as needed. Document all installations, configurations, and changes made to the network infrastructure. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology. Requirements Need to have FIBER experience US Citizens, Everify, Drug Screen & Background 5+ years Telecom Installation, terminations and testing for CAT5,Cat5E, CAT6, Cat6A, Coaxial & MM / SM Fiber cable system installations. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to networking equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
