As a Field Technician I, you will leverage yourexperience installing and maintaining various telecommunicationssystems to deliver best-in-class service for our clients. You arepassionate about building trust, developing your technical skills,and growing within the expanding Internet of Things (IoT) market.

You enjoy traveling locally while providing outstanding customerservice. This is a home-based, dispatched role. You will besupporting job assignments in a specified geographic area. This isa contract opportunity with the intent of converting to a permanentemployee in a relatively short period of time.

KeyResponsibilities:

Install and maintain voice, data, security, andVoIP communication systems and equipment. Complete assigned workorders with a strong commitment to quality and customersatisfaction. Travel to and from customer locations within adesignated geographic area to perform installations and repairs.

Use a laptop and various software applications to manage workorders and documentation.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experiencein telecommunications or a related electrical field. Strong verbaland written communication skills. Ability to work independentlywith a high level of technical aptitude. Experience working withCisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

WorkingConditions:

Home-based dispatch. Weekend and on-call work may berequired as needed.
