Apprentice Technicians can expect to earn $60,000 to $150,000 in their first year! 100% commission-based role — NO CAP on your earnings Fully wrapped company van or truck with a gas card — tools provided Steady job flow with an assigned dispatcher to keep you busy Medical insurance and matching 401(k) W2 employment — NOT a 1099 position Paid Time Off Weekly pay

The Apprentice Technician Journey:

Paid training program Training weeks are paid at $18/hour-$20/hour Begin working in and around Birmingham, AL serving customers

The Job:

Travel to service calls, meet customers, and advise on repairs, maintenance, or replacements Assemble, repair, and install mechanical parts and garage door components Order and replace worn or broken parts Run wiring, test equipment, and ensure all work is functioning properly Document activities and collect payments Deliver an excellent customer service experience every time

Basic Requirements:

Friendly and professional attitude Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs. Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check Comfortable with basic tools and technology (tablets, navigation apps, etc.) Strong reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments Current eligibility to legally work in the U.S.
