We are a internet service provider mainly for multi-family housing, think high rises and apartment complexes. We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a past working for a cable/satellite installer, low voltage tech or IT installer. You’ll be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting hardware and network problems.
Install and basic troubleshooting network switches and wireless APs
Install and maintain battery backup systems/UPSs
Work with end users to help them connect a wide range of customer devices to the network
Work with network engineers remotely to troubleshoot more complex problems.

Qualifications
2+ years Low Voltage Experience
Running/Terminating Cat 5/6 and RG coax
Basic network experience
Structured cabling experience is a plus
Work unsupervised
Be comfortable working from a 6-9ft ladder
Valid driver’s license
Working and troubleshooting fiber is a plus.
