Experience:

?Three years telecommunications experience installing telephonelines, service and key systems. ?Experience with Cisco Call Manager with voice certifications

Job Requirements:

?Strong knowledge and understanding of telecom terminology andprocesses, including PRIs, T1 lines, POTS, analog and digitaltechnologies. ?Ability to work effectively with telecom vendors andtechnicians. ?Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) ?Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) ?Excellent customer service skills ?Working in a team environment ?Excellent Organization Skills ?Self-Motivation and ability to work with Deadlines ?Maintaining hard copies and files ?Continuous sitting, typing, writing, vision and hearing (ormodified communication) ?Frequent walking and talking ?Occasional bending or stooping ?Work environment is office atmosphere, quiet conditions.

?Establishes service and manages timelines for newtelecommunications at corporate and retail sites.
