Responsibilities:

Install and configure Verizon 5G home internet equipment at residential customer locations. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-quality service and addressing any concerns. Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure a seamless connection. Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with customers. Follow all safety and company guidelines for equipment handling and installation procedures.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Previous experience in installation, technical services, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation and tools required for installations. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
