Technician Installer –
Alert Medical Alarms Workload:
5 to 10 jobs per week
Bonus:
$250 bonus after the first 20 stops are completed. Alert Medical Alarms is a family-owned and operated company with over 25 years of healthcare industry experience. We are seeking a full-time Technician Installer between for our Medical Alarm Monitoring operations. Technician Installers are responsible for performing in-home/residential PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) installations, service delivery, and retrieval of Alert Medical alarm equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery, initial setup, and testing of medical alarm units in clients’ homes. Educate and demonstrate PERS equipment and services to clients and caregivers, ensuring their comfort in its use and testing procedures. Communicate a general understanding of the PERS installation agreement to the client and have them sign the appropriate paperwork. Follow-up with various MCO and SCE agencies regarding installation. Maintain and manage an inventory of equipment distributed by the Operations Manager when delivered to the client’s home. Occasional evening and/or weekend appointments may be required for emergency service work orders. Attend staff and operation meetings. Represent the company at events and exhibitions in the area as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to be in a vehicle for most of the day. Patience and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Familiarity with PERS, dealer portals, and device portals. Tech background is preferred.
Compensation:
$40 per completed installation. Mileage reimbursement on long stops. Which will be reviewed at the time of interview.
Bonus:
$250 bonus after completing 20 stops.
