The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of satellite systems for residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The Satellite Installer will work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality installations that meet industry standards. Duties Install satellite dishes and related equipment at customer locations. Conduct site surveys to determine optimal installation locations. Perform network installations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to satellite systems and network connectivity. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during installations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls. Skills Proficient in telephone communication for customer interactions. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment.
