You’ll address issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements and maintain high-quality outcomes. ‎ : Connecting you to great benefits Weekly Paychecks Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) 401(k) w/ Company Match Stock Purchase Plan Education Reimbursement Legal Insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! ‎ : What you’ll do as a Lead Quality Control Field Technician Perform quality inspections during the installation process and final inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications Identify and document non-conformance issues, and report them to Site Leads or Project Managers for resolution Ensure that all required testing is completed according to specifications and record the results accurately Perform basic maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment to ensure it remains functional Follow established quality control procedures and assist in updating them as directed by management Help train and support less experienced team members on standard quality control procedures and practices Address basic customer inquiries related to quality concerns and ensure that issues are reported for further review Make minor adjustments and corrections in the field as necessary to address quality issues Handle small material orders to keep projects on track and ensure timely completion Work overtime, travel, handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and adapt to varying weather conditions, along with other tasks as assigned ‎ : What you’ll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Valid State driver’s license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record Five years quality control experience Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation Additional qualifications Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience Physical abilities & exposures
